رقيق قانوني وشرعي

خبر عادي نقرأ مثله بشكل شبه يومي في الجرائدلكنه في الحقيقة ليس عادي ، هو خبر عن الرقيق المغلف بغلاف شرعي ، أو على يد مأذون ،انقل الخبر دون تعليق ، لكن بشعور من القرف=====عقد قران طفلة على ثمانيني حامد الإقبالي ـ الليث لم تكتمل فرحة ثمانيني عقد قرانه أمس الأول على طفلة في ربيعها الثاني عشر ، إذ احتجزت عمة الطفلة ( شقيقة والدها) العروس في منزلها.وأوضحت عمة الطفلة في اتصال هاتفي مع «عكاظ» أنها لن تسلم ابنة أخيها لوالدها الذي باعها ـــ على حد وصفها ــ ، وأكدت أن الطفلة لجأت إليها بعد عقد قرانها على المسن، واعتبرت المرأة أن هذا الزفاف باطل كونها قاصرة ولا تعي معنى الزواج.وأضافت أن ما أوقعها في هذا الزواج هو طمع والدها في المبلغ الذي دفعه الثمانيني نظير الموافقة، مؤكدة على أن العروس ذهبت للعب مع أقرانها بعد أن لبست ثوب الزفاف، ظنا منها أن ذلك الفستان هدية مقدمة من والدها بمناسبة الصيف.وكان الثمانيني تقدم لخطبة فتاة بمبلغ وصل لـ75 ألف ريال، إلا أنه اشترط اصطحابها لمنزله مباشرة دون مراسم زفاف، الأمر الذي رفضه والد الفتاة وأعاد له المهر، ليتقدم بعد ذلك الثمانيني لخطبة فتاة (18 عاما)، حيث وافق والدها على الفور، إلا أن رفض الفتاة لهذا الزواج دفع بوالدها لإقناع شقيقتها الصغرى، والتي أبدت قناعتها في البداية وسط معارضة بعض أقاربها.من جهته، أوضح أمين لجنة إصلاح ذات البين في محافظة الليث وإمام وخطيب مسجد الميقات صالح السراجي أن هذا الزواج محكوم عليه بالفشل، واعتبره «تجارة رقيق»، وأضاف « رغم جواز هذا العقد إلا أن معطيات العصر اختلفت عن السابق، خصوصا أن الهدف من هذا الارتباط مادي كما هو واضح». المصدر:صحيفة عكاظ السعودية:http://www.okaz.com.sa/new/Issues/20090813/Con20090813298324.htm
